What we collect

USA CENTURY is an informational website. It has no accounts and no advertising, and we do not add cookies or analytics trackers of our own. The only personal data we collect is what you choose to send through the contact or subscription forms, described below.

Contact form

If you send us a message, we store your name, email address, topic and message so we can reply. We keep messages for up to 24 months and never sell or share them.

Email subscription

If you subscribe, we store your email address and the date you confirmed it. We only email you after you confirm through the link we send (double opt-in). Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes your address from our list.

Anti-spam

To stop abuse, we keep a one-way, salted hash of the IP address that submits a form. We cannot turn it back into your IP address.

Your choices

To ask us to delete a message you sent, use the contact form.

Server logs

Like every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These logs are used only to keep the site secure and running, and are kept for a limited time.

Hosting provider script

Our hosting provider, GoDaddy, adds a small performance-monitoring script to pages it serves. It may collect basic technical data about page loads under GoDaddy's own privacy policy.

Third-party content

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page loads. Links to outside sources take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date above will be updated.
